Manoj Tulsani was born to Manghu Tulsani and Bharti Tulsani on August 14, 1978 in Ajmer, Rajasthan. After completing his studies at DAV Senior Secondary School, he went on to the University of Mumbai to seek a commerce degree. In 1999, following graduation, he accepted a position as a marketing executive with Safeer Group of Companies in Dubai, where he eventually met Kamlesh Ramchandani, his future partner. Due to their mutual love of travel and business, the two got along right away.

Founding Rayna Tours and Travels

Manoj Tulsani saw a gap in the travel business when he made the decision to take a sabbatical from the trading industry. At the time, most visitors to Dubai made hotel reservations in advance but did not realize how important it was to plan their vacation. In fact, it served as the foundation for Manoj and Kamlesh's 2006 opening of Rayna Tours and Travel, a travel agency housed inside the Flora Grand Hotel. They began by planning excursions and events for the hotel's visitors.

Their initial troubles were exacerbated by the fact that they were novices with no industry experience, mentor, or reliable funding. Even so, they made sure to provide their clients with the greatest services possible so they could bring back the most treasured memories of their vacation to Dubai or the United Arab Emirates. As they launched more than 15 travel outlets inside the best hotels and resorts in the emirate, their concept began to garner the interest and respect it deserved. 2009 marked a significant turning point for Rayna Tours, as the company rose to prominence as one of Dubai's leading destination management firms, with its main headquarters housed in the Old Labour Building in Abu Hail.

Setback and Resurgence

Rayna Tours, like the majority of its peers, was faced with a dilemma in 2020 when the global pandemic struck, leading to limitations on travel, the shutdown of airports, and a decrease in the desire for vacations. However, Manoj made good use of this phase, reviewing operations, reworking strategy, upgrading resources, and reorganizing the workforce, generally without making any layoffs. All of these contributed to the company's graceful and resilient recovery from this unprecedented time.
